Pam Knight, Owner and CEO, started with a vision to provide the best candidates to Colorado medical practices and assist with long-term employee retention. In 1997 Pam leveraged her background in consulting, medical practice information technology and business management to found MEDDirect Recruiting and Staffing. This year, Pam celebrates MEDDirect’s 12th anniversary. Prior to founding MEDDirect, Pam held the position of Western Regional Vice President for Versyss/PCN, now SAGE, where she managed sales and operations from Michigan to Utah. Prior to Versyss, Pam held various positions as an independent consultant and general manager. She has worked with physician offices for more than 25 years. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues with the launch this year of Physician Practice Toolbox, in partnership with the Denver Medical Society and other corporate sponsors. Pam is a prior Board member of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association and continues her involvement today while also working with all the Denver Metro/Boulder area medical societies.
Lori, Senior Staffing Director, manages the day-to-day operations at MedDirect. With 15 years of progressive experience within the physician medical office in positions including bookkeeping, billing and office management, Lori brings a broad-base of knowledge to our organization. She understands the unique requirements of each employer and candidate, working with each to find the right match and a true win-win for all involved.
